"Mark Strub helped my wife and I purchase our first home. He was extremely helpful throughout the process and we highly recommend him to others, especially first-time homebuyers. There turned out to be no major problems, but Mark was patient throughout the whole process. Mark also helped us negotiate during the closing period to a get a discount off closing costs and the sale price.

After purchase, I still use Mark as a resource. He is always willing to answer house questions and recently helped me in selecting an attic insulation contractor. Mark is exactly what I think one should look for in a real estate agent. He is patient, attentive, creative, insightful, and committed.
