"We emailed Mark ahead of time with the names of neighborhoods we liked before we left Chicago, along with things that were important to us. He set up a website with places he thought we might like, and we went through and narrowed things down before we got to town. 

Once we arrived to Austin, we went to look at places. He drove us all over town - to a total of eight houses - in the pouring rain. Once we decided on a place he helped us with contacting the landlords to talk about paperwork, deposits, and cats. 

All in all, it was a crazy situation and a crazy time in my life - I'm not sure I would have been able to find a place that I love so much without his help.  We've been living here just over six months now. We have and awesome landlord and a beautiful home that just happens to be around the corner from Ginny's and Phil & Amy's. I couldn't be happier!"
