very genuine person

We met Mark when he was the Realtor for the family we bought our first home from.  Shortly after we signed our buyer's contract our own realtor went MIA and it was like pulling teeth to get questions answered after all was said and done.  I ended up contacting Mark to answer questions and he was always super helpful and kind even though there was absolutely nothing in it for him. 

Since the purchase of our home, he's answered other questions for us about our home value, house upgrades, and property taxes.  He even sent a detailed spreadsheet to help us fight our property tax battle this year (which we won!).  He's a very genuine person who knows what he's doing in real estate.  Needless to say, he will be our Realtor next time around!
